GreenLiving: Smoothies, Exercises, & Healthy Eats! PT 1

“Your body is the only place you have to live in”


Now I am not a health junkie, but I am totally open to trying great healthy alternatives when it comes to food. Around three to four years ago, I stop eating fast food and sodas simply because I didn’t like how it made me feel. That year I started to getting into working out (and being consistent with it) and eating great food. I love grilled salmon, and green veggies! I love blended smoothies with kale and avocados being the main two ingredients.  
Because there are some high-risk health issue that run in my family and in the black community period, I want to keep eating healthy and working out a lifestyle choice, not to fit into a dress.

Exercises// I love running, weight lifting, squats, and yoga. I try to make it my main goal to work out 4-5 times per week. Whether it’s 15 min to 1 hour and 30 minutes a day. I have to get my workout in. It’s become more of a lifestyle instead of a drill session.


Smoothies/ Cold Press Juices //  I can live off these things!!! Nothing beats a good smoothie that’s made right! I just got into drinking juices that are cold press and bought from the store. Which something quick to pick up if I don’t have time to make a smoothie for breakfast.

Unfortunely, TSA made me throw these away at $10 a pop I paid for them and had to throw them away 🙁


Healthy Eats//

Now I am not perfect with eating clean everyday. I love cupcakes, fresh baked cookies, pizza, and I love a good cheeseburger! But I heard that was called balance 😉 I have however completely removed fried food completely out of my diet and do the bad food in moderation.
