I am all into trying out new beauty products for the body to improve my skin. However, there are certain concerns that I need to tackle. Such as hyperpigmentation under the arms, inner thighs, the knees, and strawberry legs. The goal is to have my skin look as smooth as butter and be highly moisturized.
Since April, I’ve invested in Sugar scrubs, Dove’s new even-tone deodorant, Shea butters, and more. Below, I am rounding up and showing you the items I’ve purchased.
Exfoliating: Tree Hut
I’ve always used this method for my face, but never the same consistency on my body. Exfoliating gets rid of the dead skin, and also preps it for shaving. It’s work- but the results have been outstanding,
The scrub I’ve been using on my body is by Tree Hut. I ‘ve used this brand before, so I am very familiar with it. I also like the fact that Tree Hunt offers scrubs that has Tumeric and Vitamin C. These are key ingredients for brightening skin and tackling uneven skin tone.
Moisturizer: Shea Butter. Butter Love by LC & Ancient Cosmetics.

This is the most important step after exfoliating- moisturizer. The goal is to add moisture 2x per day- Day and night.
While scrolling through Instagram, I came across a brand named Ancient Cosmetics. Oils, and body butter, are just a few things that this online retailer carries. I ordered the Turmeric beauty bar and The Bergamot pineapple body butter.
Another business I am supporting is my girl Butter Love by LC. Great and Amazing body Butters and sugar scrubs. Use the code BUTTRLUV to get 10% off your purchase.
The Underarms- Hyperpigmentation and Razor bumps:
EvenTone deodorant from DOVE. This deodorant contains VitB3, which helps prevents water loss and retain the skin’s moisture. My underarms are clearing up gradually too! Also, my underarms are completely dry throughout the day!
Speaking of underarms, I am also going to purchase Tend Skin Solution. This product claims to reduce the look of ingrown hairs and razor bumps after waxing or shaving.
Tumeric Beauty Bar from Ancient Cosmetics. The Beauty Bar is full of moisture and personally, it didn’t dry out my skin. It also went pretty fast-I was using the beauty bar almost every single day!

This isn’t an overnight “OMG my skin cleared up guide”- this will take some time. As the months go on, I will see what’s working for me and what’s not. I will also keep you updated via Instagram with my results.
Comment and share below if you’ve purchased any of these items. TPS, would love to hear from you!
